We have a four week menu rotation to select the meal plan that works for you & place your order by midnight. Orders are available for pickup and delivery from 11 am to 3 pm except Weekends

Delivery available in the Ottawa region and part of Gatineau up to 15 km. from our location . Include Orleans

Our Kitchen

We do the shopping and cooking so you don’t have to! Fully prepared, ready-to-eat meals are hand made weekly, in our commercial kitchen facility.

Pick up at Plan B between 11-15 Hrs

Our meals arrive in an individual, microwave safe container (biodegradable)- order as much or as little as you need each week for lunch or dinner and just grab n go!
